Who sees my photos?
The two people who produce your profile, and nobody else. Photos are used only to make your report, deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up, and never used for marketing or model training without separate written permission.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is an aesthetic analysis prepared from photographs. Any injectable or procedure in a report needs an in-person consult with a licensed provider who has examined you. See the disclaimer below.
Why do you ask about ethnicity?
The classical facial proportions were measured on European faces and fit other faces badly. We use population-specific reference ranges where they are published, so your measurements are compared with people who look like you.
What if my photos are rejected?
The upload page checks each photo in your browser before it is sent and tells you what to fix: usually lighting, a tilted head, or a three-quarter shot submitted as a profile. Nothing is uploaded until it passes.
How long does it take?
Up to 48 hours. Each profile is produced by people, not a model, with the measurements done by software.
